Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga
Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga is a self-healing system intended to gently massage and balance the subtle energy body. This practice was developed by Tarthang Tulku and is rooted in ancient spiritual and healing traditions. Kum Nye incorporates movements, stillness, breath, and postures to stimulate and balance the flow of energy within us. It is a journey inward, with many treasures waiting to be found. Tuesday Drop-in Class
Come gather for a weekly drop-in class in Kum Nye at our Superior studio on Tuesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm. Each class has a specific focus intended to address physical, spiritual, and emotional difficulties that many of us encounter on a regular basis. No previous experience required, everyone is welcome. Mats, cushions, and blankets provided. The cost is $10
Meditation is an essential practice on the path to spiritual unfoldment. It helps us to balance emotionality, rewire the mind from negative conditioning to positive, and center our energy allowing us to ascend to a higher consciousness. Meditation can help you to be a more peaceful and blissful human being, so that you may be a clear channel of love and bring joy to those around you.
Please join me in a practice group held regularly Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm. Donations are welcome to maintain the studio space.
